Responsibilities

  1. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our high-performing Finance Unit. The Senior Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager, will be responsible for managing the small Treasury team and ensuring the productivity and accuracy of its output. The Senior Accountant will draw upon their technical skills to control petty cash, bank accounts, payments, cash flow, and other reports. They will have knowledge of accounting practices including tax and SSO laws.
  2. All our senior-level accountants work with and support each other so a broad knowledge of accounting is necessary, as is a team attitude and the ability to provide advice and input to the Finance Unit overall. This is an opportunity for an experienced accountant with a mature and flexible attitude to join a productive, energetic team.
 

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or other relevant fields
  2. Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Accountant
  3. Experience in managing a small team
  4. Experience and knowledge of Treasury procedures
  5. Proficient in Excel
  6. Current knowledge of tax and SSO regulations
  7. Basic English communication skills
  8. Excellent attention to detail
  9. Outstanding team player
  10. Exceptional time management, ability to meet tight deadlines
  11. Flexible can-do attitude, communication, and collaboration skills
  12. Familiar with Microsoft NAV
  13. Familiar with Insurance accounting
