• Own the full UX discovery and optimization lifecycle, from research and problem identification to solution design and validation.
• Analyze user behavior and interaction patterns using behavioral analytics and session recording tools such as Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and feedback collection sessions to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor how users navigate across different pages, flows, and funnels to identify friction points, drop-offs, and unclear interactions.
• Redesign and optimize user journeys based on research insights, behavioral data, and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs into scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Define UX hypotheses and conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate design decisions.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, interaction patterns, and user experience standards across products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to building a strong product design culture.

• You have more than 3 years of experience in designing digital products.
• You have a passion for simplifying complicated design problems.
• Analytical and methodical in your approach to working.
• Strong creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in understanding complex content structures and designing and improving the architecture.
• A desire to share knowledge, and expertise and help others improve their skills.
• Care deeply about producing designs that have a positive impact on users
• Communicate clearly and efficiently, both on calls and in writing
• You think in systems; you can see how all the parts fit together, and how a small change can propagate throughout the system.
• You are excellent at exploring design solutions at both a systematic level and a feature level.
• You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions.
• You are comfortable expressing and recommending trade-offs on design decisions.
• You value high-quality crafted visual design and care about the details.
