Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services within a microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem, C#, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis. This role requires active participation in an Agile environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing services. The candidate should also communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional squads and be capable of using AI-powered tools responsibly to improve development productivity, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Contribute to the design and implementation of systems based on a microservices architecture.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external services.
Work with PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance improvements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve service issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Maintain, refactor, and improve existing services to increase their reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate effectively with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams and squads.
Document APIs, technical decisions, service changes, and operational procedures.
Use AI-powered tools to support coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving while complying with security and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements :

At least 3 years of professional experience in backend software development.
Strong practical knowledge of C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining systems based on a microservices architecture.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Practical experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Experience maintaining production services and handling operational issues.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
