شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
Validate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor regulations.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support audits.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll systems.
Proficiency in attendance and working-hours calculations, with hands-on experience using PW Kara (Donyaye Pardazesh).
Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
