شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a Senior Design Leader to elevate the product design function, mentor design talent, and serve as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and support designers at various levels; foster a high-performing, healthy team culture with clear expectations.
Quality Excellence: Improve UI/UX standards, visual consistency, and interaction design; manage design debt and scale design systems.
Strategic Research: Drive user-centered discovery; translate behavioral data and insights into actionable design opportunities.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic partner; align design efforts with business goals and influence product direction through design thinking.
Operational Efficiency: Refine design processes, rituals, and decision-making frameworks to improve clarity and speed of delivery.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in Product Design/UX/UI; 2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
Design Craft: Deep expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, and data-informed decision-making.
Leadership: Strong ability to provide constructive feedback, build alignment, and navigate ambiguous situations.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and business-facing teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Views design as a strategic driver of product direction, not just an execution function. Balances high craft standards (UX/UI) with speed and business constraints.Mature, proactive, and capable of fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have:
Experience with large-scale products, design systems, and change management.Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and cross-team coordination
