شرح موقعیت شغلی

Own and supervise end-to-end monthly payroll preparation and validation.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Manage compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, job changes, and off-cycle adjustments.
Maintain and continuously improve salary structures, grading, and compensation frameworks.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Monitor employee benefits programs and collaborate with vendors to improve benefit offerings.
Monitor and analyze C&B KPIs and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
Prepare compensation reports, workforce cost analysis, and budgeting inputs.
Ensure payroll and personnel data accuracy.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders on compensation-related decisions.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve compensation and payroll processes.
Stay updated on labor law, tax, insurance, and compensation regulations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
Solid understanding of payroll, taxation, insurance, and labor regulations.
Experience with salary benchmarking, job grading, and compensation analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with payroll systems.
Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budgeting and workforce planning.
English Communication: Written and Spoken
