We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team. The HR Operations Intern supports the HR team in delivering day-to-day operational activities across recruitment, HR administration, contract-related tasks, documentation, reporting, and other HR operations. This role is designed to provide the intern with practical experience in HR Operations and an opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a professional environment.

Here you can find the details of the responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate communication and phone screenings.
Support interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
Assist with contract-related tasks and documentation.
Support HR administration, records, and reporting.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts, especially recruitment and HR administration
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on requests
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Internship Details
Internship period: Up to 3 months.
Possibility of employment after the internship period.
