Job Description

Great companies are built by great teams. We are looking for a new ERP Specialist in Snapp Group ERP Team. Who is eager to learn and progress and can help us with his innovation and effort.

What our ERP Specialist Do:

1. Supporting and Training.

1.1. new users’ Definition.
1.2. Install and upgrade ERP/ VPN/ Remote tools.
1.3. Train the ERP user as needed and prepare documents or videos for applicable parts of ERP.
1.4. Monitor and track users’ issues in ERP and provide the best solution and following up until it is totally resolved.
1.5. Coordinate efforts with other teams and teammates to resolve issues quickly.
1.6. Perform root cause analysis for each issue, escalating as necessary.
1.7. Monitor the users’ reporting requirements and escalate as necessary.
1.8. Import currency rate monthly.
1.9. Import venture's basic data or update the previous data as needed.
1.10. New company license activation and feature Setup: IC/Consolidation/Currencies/posting group, etc.
1.11. Follow the IT and Network issues and downtime with the IT team.
1.12. Test and QC customization before go-live.
1.13. Import or Update COA and new accounts created as needed.
1.14. Support the fiscal year closing process and Create a new fiscal year and set up.
1.15. Manage Configuration Package batch and support user on importing issue.

2. Organizer

2.1. Coordinate Schedules, meetings, and deadlines
2.2. Manage Tickets and follow up them until it is resolved
2.3. Manage annual Support Contracts
2.4. Manage Monthly Invoice and payments
2.5. Manage new company contract, invoice, and payment process
2.6. Manage periodic surveys and report outcomes

3. Teamwork

3.1. Working with the ERP team and report to the Group ERP manager to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way

Requirements

What we are Looking For:

• Accounting / Microsoft Navision.
• Having experience working in ERP.
• Familiar with Accounting.
• Familiar with Software installation.
• familiar with IT issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Business process analyzing.
• Doing Survey.
• Support and troubleshooting.
