شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:


  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues of customers.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries, needs and requirements.
  • Ongoing training of the sales agents.
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Negotiating and relationship management with top level customers.

Requirements:


  • Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experienced in customer relationship management.
  • Having management experience and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in Food-related industries.
  • Having a good knowledge in data analysis. 
  • Having knowledge and skill in customer segmentation.
