Responsibilities:
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues of customers.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries, needs and requirements.
- Ongoing training of the sales agents.
- Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Negotiating and relationship management with top level customers.
Requirements:
- Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experienced in customer relationship management.
- Having management experience and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in Food-related industries.
- Having a good knowledge in data analysis.
- Having knowledge and skill in customer segmentation.
