Job Description:
- Support ERP users and provide the best solution for issues and follow up until it is resolved.
- ERP preparation process for new employees.
- New user definition, Install, VPN connection,training.
- Import master data or update the previous data as needed.
- Follow the IT and Network issues and downtime with the IT team.
- Test and QC ERP customization before go-live.
- Perform other tasks regarding ERP setup and Support.
- Coordinate Schedules, meetings and deadlines.
- Manage supporting tickets and follow up them until it is resolved.
- Manage purchase and support contracts, monthly invoices and payments.
Qualifications:
- 3 years related work experience.
- Familiar with ERP software structure.
- Experience with accounting.
- Familiar with IT issues/ Software installation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong Abilities to take initiative and be innovative/Search for Solution.
- Strong ability to support users and troubleshooting.
- Analytical mind with a problem solving attitude.
- Ability to perform tasks independently.
- Good presentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong ability of teamwork.
- Age: 23-29
