Responsibilities

Familiar designing in Web and App platforms
Articulate design decisions and work well on an ego-free and collaborative team
Familiar with using and contributing to Design Systems
Superb attention to details and crafting the pixel-perfect product
Strong experience generating ideas, brainstorming, and concept sketching
Proficient with UI design and Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Principle, etc.)
Portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, the experience of shipping products & showcasing your design process
Understand technical implications and business requirements in design decisions.
Experience running user interviews and testing sessions.
Eager to learn more and gain experience.

Requirements

Own and carry out design projects from start to finish with a “follow-up” character.
Develop design documentation (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, etc.) to help facilitate the design process.
Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions.
Observe, understand user behavior & build empathy.
Work end-to-end with developers to ship a high-quality product.
