 Internal Communication Specialist 


Great companies are made by excellent teams. We are looking for a new teammate as an Internal Communication Specialist with practical experience in visual and verbal content creation and hands-on social media management.


 What our Internal Communication Specialist Do:


 


  • Responsible for creating visual and verbal communications and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences 
  • Helps create internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices
  • Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the firm’s internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.
What We Look For: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, graphic designs, communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in media content creation and social media management
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media management and social media content creation
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  •  Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and photo and video editing software
  • Proficiency in English
