Operation Data Analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting and problem resolution. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.

- Monitoring business metrics, Fulfillment rates and in different services so that the best decision regarding the change should be made
- Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
- Work closely with the operations team to achieve outcomes based on company goals
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
- Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
- Keep updated on industry and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum one year as an analyst in a professional setting
- Graduated from the top universities is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Familiar with analytical skills, using a combination of tools
- Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members
- Strong attention to details
