شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and driven CX specialist to apply customer feedback and data to ensure a positive customer experience. The CX specialist position will work on a range of tasks, including:
• Helping create customer interactions.
• Keeping track of customer journeys
• Helping category managers, marketers, and partners internally finetune the customer experience
• Helping the company reach its sales goals
• Finding and resolving customer issues
• Predicting customer behavior, based on data


Requirements:
+2 years of relevant work experience (experience in the IT industry is preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
English proficiency is preferred
