As a member of our growing product design team, you’ll collaborate closely with our amazing product managers, technical engineers, and other stakeholders to help shape our world-class platform. you will be responsible for designing compelling digital experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. If you have the technical skills, experience, and personality to design elegant solutions to complex product design challenges, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Working on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI
Conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews
Demonstrating user research skills and articulating design decisions based on user and business needs
Active participation in brainstorming and concept development
Effectively communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to the team
Simplify complex ideas and communicate with teams across the company
Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and champion projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment
Ownership of design-related tasks and artifacts.
Work closely with developers and product managers to see your design deployed perfectly to the production
Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1+ years of previous design experience in a product design position
Willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and adaptability
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
Proficiency in Figma is preferred
Proficiency in prototyping tools is preferred
Ability to clearly present design decisions and incorporate feedback
