شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Team Lead responsibilities include the following:

· Drive and manage your teams’ performance against SLAs and KPIs including metric reporting on team performance.

· Coach, performance development, one-on-one meetings, mentoring, and general career counseling for your team.

· Provide a credible first point of contact for the Team, working alongside client leads.

· Drive insights gathering from team members to improve quality and processes.

· Work within multiple teams across both Accenture and our client to execute and deliver.

· Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the teams in the global delivery network.

· Proactive to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends through data analysis Assist with driving global initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-year of experience in a supervisory role.

· Minimum of 1-year experience in a professional environment working with time-sensitive reporting, client relations, and/or military experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Operations or systems administration experience, particularly on Linux.

· At least one year or two years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, etc., and/or cloud deployment technologies.

· Experience with container networking on Docker.

· Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD.

· Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.

· Experience with alerting tools like OpsGenie, PagerDuty, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in an office or tech industry environment.

· Practical analytical problem-solving skills through analysis using common analytic software.
