شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the job:

This person is responsible for establishing, evaluating and upgrading all the operation processes. Also, She/He will identify and solve issues relating to the performance of the business operations.

Position Role:

Review company policies and business process
Work closely with executive manager to achieve outcomes based on company goals
Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
Keep updated on industry and market trends
Ensure that companies comply with the stipulated principles and standards
Working with 3PLs to provide corrective actions to improve on-time delivery performance and service-related issues.

Requirements:

University Qualifications: Industrial Engineering or any other related fields
Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting
Strong foundation in high volume operations setup; preferably in consumer businesses (e Commerce, FMCG, Logistics)
Excellent management, communication and reporting skills
Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Sufficient statistical and mathematical skills
Ability to resolve complications and carry out quality reviews
