About the job:

Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. She/he identify problems and opportunities within and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
Also She/he conduct market analyses, analysing both products and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

Duties:

Monitor business performance in different KPIs and areas and analyze the results to detect the gaps and define proper action plans to cover those gaps
Create dashboards and reports that provide analysis and commentary, explaining the product, sales, and business trends for executive reporting
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Work with Technology teams to come up with solutions that meet Business needs

Reporting to: Business Line Manager

Requirements:

Academic’s degree: MBA with in all specialization, information technology (IT), computer science
Experience working as a production assistant is preferred
Familiar with the IT industry
Experienced in Ecommerce and online marketing companies
Having P&L skills
Data review and statistical analysis
Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
Problem solving ability
Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
