ABOUT
As Snapp Group continues to scale-up, we are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Junior HR Specialist based in Tehran, to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience at a strategic and hands-on level in a fast growing, data driven organization. This role provides support to the Human Resource function as needed, including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Record-keeping, File maintenance, Exit Process, Performance Management, Training etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage HR database، Contracts، sick leave, paid leave, parental leave, etc.
Recruits, interviews, and participates in the hiring process of employees.
Responsible for coordinating training for employees and supervisors on HR Policies and Procedures and other required trainings.
Prepare and collect of staffing and payroll documentation, proper storage of employee information in personal files
Participate in various HR related special projects as assigned
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Coordinate pre-onboarding and on-boarding processes
Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

You have already gained some experience in HR ideally in a fast paced company
Agile، Fast learner، Highly organized، Flexible
Good skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

NICE TO HAVE

Start up experience Or FMCG industry experience
