We’re looking for a result-oriented Business Analyst who can address business challenges and process bottlenecks based on data, gather data based on the relevant business question, design solutions based on problems, and implement them with the cooperation of shared services.
Responsibilities:
● Analyze business lines and find bottlenecks.
● Prepare written and slide reports to illustrate the problem.
● Data analysis (understanding visualized data and extracting insight from them).
● Design solutions and implement them with the help of the operation team.
● Designing financial models is essential.
● Reporting back to stakeholders on business requirements.
Requirements:
● Familiar with the retail industry.
● Familiar with programming topics (Python, SQL, Power BI).
● Familiar with financial principles.
● Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
● Ability to use complex data and metrics to back up assumptions.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Hands-on experience in implementation processes
