شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for OKR Performance analysts who can monitor, optimize, and manage OKR performance within an organization's area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

· Assuring a smooth OKR planning process: (Schedule OKR workshops with the right group of participants on management level/ Timing of the planning process/Set reminders for collecting input from Teams and for submission of OKR sets/ Identification of strategically important and operationally urgent goals / Negotiation of resources and cross-functional alignment)

· OKR quality control:(Proper formulation and phrasing of Objectives and Key Results/ Defining expectations/Measurability/Clear metrics)

· Provide transparency by regular communication of overarching vision, mission and strategies and possible adaptions

• Monitor

• Regularly monitor business performance and trends of specified business, operation OKRs and financial items, investigate, and warn managers if needed.

• Responsible for developing business presentations and OKR review reports for management

• Provide documentation for identified problems, definitions, and procedures for solving them

• Maintaining internal OKR tools/systems

• Undertake research and collect data to analyze outcomes better

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an MBA graduate.

• At least two years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Familiar with OKR methodology.

• Ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.

• Ability to follow up on issues and make decisions.

• Good listener and communicator.

• Fluent in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and MS Power BI
