Job Description:

•Participating in consolidation process of 20+ legal entities and complying with the recognition, measurement and disclosure requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
•Responsible for certain Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports for existing and potential stakeholders.
•Participating in month-end closing reviews of businesses to ensure all balances have been accurately reconciled & appropriately classified under IFRS.
•Participating in analyzing & reviewing Investor’s presentations & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of ventures.
•Developing and maintaining data gathering and reporting templates to ease aggregation and consolidation of financial and non-financial reports.
•Inter company reconciliations.
•Assisting the manager to coordinate with group and component auditors to ensure a clean and timely interim and year-end audit.
•Assisting the manager in maintaining accounting and financial reporting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
•Participating in the process to write, implement and ensure effective and practical implementation of financial reporting policies & procedures.
•Automate and suggest improvements to processes for accuracy and time saving.
•Follow up on improvement initiatives and ensure delivery.
•Any other financial reporting related ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

•One to three (1-3) years’ post-qualification & relevant experience in top-tier organizations.
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering
•International Professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA/CPA/ACMA will be preferred
•Experience in Audit top tier firms is a plus
•An excellent knowledge of IFRS is required combined with the ability to research and propose organization positions on complex accounting issues.
•Knowledge of business analysis and Product analysis.
•Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•MSSQL and relational database knowledge is preferred.
•Excellent English communication; both oral and written.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to cope with stress and uncertainty.
•Good communication skills.
•Knowledge of other areas of business e.g., marketing and operations, … .
•Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks.
•Excellent project management skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects required.
