شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an enthusiastic Growth Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
A Growth Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. It would help if you were well-versed in technical marketing concepts, principles, growth hacking tactics, project management, and A/B testing.
The goal is to think of new strategies and work with different stakeholders in the company to unlock new growth opportunities for the business.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for new and creative campaigns
Carry out data analysis to identify new growth and testing opportunities
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure successful completion of tests
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Requirements

Proven experience aa s Growth Specialist or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in A/B testing, data analytics, and tools
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent
Full command of English
