شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Manual QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and quality of our platform. You will conduct manual tests, identify bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional user experience. Your meticulous approach and commitment to quality will help us maintain the trust of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system requirements to develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Conduct manual testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, UI/UX, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve defects and improve application performance.
• Perform usability testing to ensure our platform meets user expectations and business needs.
• Provide clear and detailed reports on testing activities, results, and quality metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
• Stay updated with QA best practices, emerging tools, and trends to continuously improve our quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Specialist or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
• Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:
• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with a focus on Cypress
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and working in collaborative environments.
