شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Senior Business Finance Analyst to join our team at SnappKitchen. This is a critical role with ample learning opportunities and exciting challenges. It requires close collaboration with senior management and will help drive strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial and business insights. 

The Senior Business Finance Analyst role will be key in providing robust financial planning for business lines, Finance Manager and the wider senior leadership team. 

Key responsibilities will include forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, tracking and analysis. Accounting and historical reporting functions are already in place with complete transactional and reporting requirements.

The role will interact with multiple stakeholders to add value and financial impact awareness to the company's financial outlook. The Senior Business Finance analyst is expected to proactively challenge teams and provide insights on financial performance and potential growth/profitability drivers.

Responsibilities: 


  • Monthly review of actuals vs budget;
  • Monitoring P&L performance (throughout the month) and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement;
  • Implementing new streamlined management reporting;
  • Preparing consolidated forecasts and past performance reviews for monthly and quarterly meetings;
  • Improving automation of current monthly financial forecasting and budgeting;
  • Supporting the business in delivering ad-hoc forecasting and financial business reviews as requested by the board/investors;
  • Defining and analysing key business metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
 

 

Requirements:


  •  A degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or other relevant fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including business planning, P&L analysis and business analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Solid communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
