Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure successful development and delivery of our SaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to build and launch products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Duties:
• Develop and execute the product roadmap based on company vision, customer insights, and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make product decisions and improvements.
• Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies and training for sales and customer support teams.
• Serve as a product evangelist and communicate the product vision both internally and externally.
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and enhance the product.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• +3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
