We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at SnappDoctor. In this role, you will play a key part in building and delivering business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. Your responsibilities will include creating insightful dashboards and reports, ensuring data reliability, and collaborating with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Duties:

Report & Dashboard Development: Create engaging, user-friendly dashboards and reports tailored to meet business needs.
Data Modeling & DAX: Build and refine data models, write effective DAX formulas, and optimize queries to deliver high-performance analytics.
Performance Tuning: Enhance the performance of reports by optimizing data models, queries, and visualization settings.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve deliverables.
Data Integration: Connect and harmonize data from diverse sources, such as databases, cloud services, and APIs.
Documentation & Training: Produce clear documentation for processes, models, and tools, and train users on Power BI best practices.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to data integrity, report accuracy, or performance inefficiencies.

Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in creating dashboards and reports with Power BI.
Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling techniques.
Proficiency in SQL for ad-hoc Reporting and manipulation.
Experience integrating Power BI with platforms like Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365 (preferred).
A proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities, particularly when presenting data to non-technical audiences.
