Senior QA Engineer

At Smilinno, we're looking for a  Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

 Job Responsibilities:

Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality

Analyze logs to identify and help resolve bugs

Test AI-powered chatbots and evaluate response accuracy

Perform API testing using tools like Postman

Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter or Locust

Test web and Android mobile applications using Selenium and Appium

Collaborate with the development team and report test results using Azure DevOps

 Required Skills:

Strong expertise in test planning, test case development, and execution across web, mobile, and desktop platforms

Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium

Solid experience in API and backend service testing with tools like Postman

Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Locust

Experience with test and bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps and TestRail

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Experience with chatbot testing and NLP testing is a plus

 General Skills:

High attention to detail

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in Agile teams

Solid documentation and reporting skills

 Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience is strictly required.
