شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Responsibilities:



  • Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle
  • Working directly with products leads to building product strategies and goals.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coach and mentor others in the team with respect to fulfill end-user needs across segments and personas.
  • Influence leaders across organization and gain buy-in for complex specifications
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall company strategies, and in this regard, the Product Manager should define customer needs and the associated features and solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
  • Organize and engage in usability testing to define detailed interaction flows.
  • Having End to End ownership and Run User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off on behalf of the business, as needed
  • Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints.
  • Anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems.
  • Conduct user and competitive research for products.
  • Report on key product metrics.
  • Analyze and interpret data.
  • Develop internal and external facing go-to-market content.
  • Ability to divide large projects into iterative releases.
  • Prioritize the resolution of defects.
  • Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams and explain the value of new initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate across multiple engineering teams
  • Drive conflict resolution across product development teams.
  • Document non-functional requirements:
  • (Automation, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Security)
  • Work within and plan against a defined release schedule
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, process, and workflows
  • Recommend new methods for efficiency to support our key business partners
  • Conduct Demos to business users of capabilities completed
  • Spearhead change management activities to drive successful adoption of capabilities
  • Define and analyze metrics that mature the Product Management functions


Requirements:


  • MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences desired
  • 5+ years experience, preferably in business applications development or product management for internal/external products
  • Process and business understanding in the domains of E-Commerce
  • Proven success in delivering complex technology products/services in a high growth environment
  • Experience delivering products that incorporate advanced analytical techniques, data-driven decision processes, and applied statistical methods
  • Experience in leading product development start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering
  • Experience non-functional requirements
  • (Automation, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Security)
  • Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills. Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences in Farsi and English
  • Negotiation and influence management skills
  • Understanding eCommerce business systems and business processes is a big plus
