MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences desired
5+ years experience, preferably in business applications development or product management for internal/external products
Process and business understanding in the domains of E-Commerce
Proven success in delivering complex technology products/services in a high growth environment
Experience delivering products that incorporate advanced analytical techniques, data-driven decision processes, and applied statistical methods
Experience in leading product development start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering
Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills. Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences in Farsi and English
Negotiation and influence management skills
Understanding eCommerce business systems and business processes is a big plus
