Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads and Social Media Expert to own and manage our digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on driving measurable results and knows how to make every dollar count.
What You’ll Do
Google Ads
• Plan, build, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and develop negative keyword strategies
• Write and test ad copy, manage bids, and optimize for conversions
• Analyse performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS
Meta Ads
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across all funnel stages
• Build and refine audiences using custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest targeting
• Collaborate on creative direction; brief or produce ad creatives as needed
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages
Campaign Management
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily
• Provide regular reports on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• 3+ years managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and hitting campaign KPIs
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, reporting, and drawing insights
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking setup
• Solid understanding of the full digital marketing funnel
• English Profeciency (at least upper-intermediate)
• English Profeciency (at least upper-intermediate)
Nice-to-Haves:
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic social media

• Can work independently and communicate results clearly

• Understands the content and visual side of social media, not just the back-end mechanics
