شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Type: Remote, Full-time

Qualifications:

6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to execution.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Proficiency in UI/UX Design (Figma)- very important.
Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a strong advantage.
Experience using AI-powered design tools.
Design end-to-end user experiences (research to final UI).
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct usability testing and apply user feedback.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI component
Collaborate with product and development teams.

Professional Skills

Ability to design across multiple formats: digital ads, social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and brand identity.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, branding projects, and digital marketing assets.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies, user behavior, and conversion-focused design.
Familiarity with digital illustration is considered an advantage

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting, developers, etc.).
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and openness to feedback.
High level of professionalism and accountability.

Languages

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Working Days: Mon to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Remote working Setup is required: Stable internet connection,Standard quality webcam and handsfree, quite atmosphere.
