Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Junior Product Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our product team’s decision makings by providing valuable insights that help them find and solve problems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders in the product development process by creating impactful dashboards and reports, extracting and analyzing data and sharing insights with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for various stakeholders.
Analyze user behavior and product performance to uncover actionable insights and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze user interactions.
Employ SQL and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Grafana, Looker Studio, etc.) to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements:

Less than 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Degree in Mathematics and Statistics is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Looker Studio, etc.).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
good Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
