استخدام Senior Back-End Developer (دورکاری)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a motivated senior back-end developer who is happy to join a small but growing team that will give you the platform to further her/his personal/professional development whilst contributing to the business growth.

As a back-end role, this will involve working as part of the agile development team to create new user-facing pages, dashboard with various features, producing new libraries and code for future projects, take part in sprint planning and development task technical analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Python, Django/FastAPI and relational databases and will be comfortable working on back-end development.

Candidates must have an entrepreneurial spirit, must be dedicated to quality work, and be able to meet deadlines. We're looking for problem solvers who enjoy working with a dynamic team on problems of significant technical complexity and diverse scope.


We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience who are ready and able to take on a challenge and learn a lot quickly.

Must have skills:

  1. Strong Python/Django knowledge and experience 
  2. Good English language skills
  3. Strong database experience 
  4. Good understanding of pair programming and TDD
  5. Experience with optimising web applications in areas such as performance, security, and resilience
  6. A degree in computer science or software development
  7. Experience with Version Control Systems (Git or similar)
  8. Personable, with a patient and detail-oriented approach to work
  9. Attention to details, strong analytical intuitions and creativity and entrepreneurial flair
Highly desirable skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools 
  • Knowledge and experience of machine learning and artificial intelligence 
  • Node.js knowledge and experience
  • Cloud technology such as AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Experience in react.js
Goodfolio (Pervious name Silicofi) is a British company that is a tech consultancy company.

We consider both part-time/full-time for this position. But we initially offer a 3 month contract first, then the possibility of extension or turn to a permanent position.
