شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role:
Agile Coach is accountable for the delivery of products and services of one or more agile teams. The role can be considered as an agile team coach who is also accountable for the delivery of products and facilitation of collaboration not only inside the team but also between the team and other stakeholders.

Main duties:

● build and maintain motivated teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards
● Help the team and make sure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important
● Coach team members and others, apply and educate the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for their environment and facilitate continuous improvement
● Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
● Potentially manage risks, budgets, and people
● Develop insightful metrics, reports, and insights for all tech teams.

About you:

You have a very strong Agile/Lean mindset.
You will have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and preferably XP.
You have experience in CI/CD.
You have the passion to coach others, and you are a true source of inspiration and motivation.
You take the environment into account and adjust your approach accordingly to the situation.
You're self-steering, proactive, organized, and have the ability to determine independently what needs to be done.
You have an intrinsic positive mindset with a natural need to see solutions instead of problems.
You're a data-driven person with strong technical skills regarding data analysis and statistics.
Experience in a business-related field is a plus.
