شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a UX Researcher, you will join a team of like-minded, mission-driven designers. You take a product, feature, or experience from ideation to production. This includes vision setting, designing studies, providing solutions, bringing along cross-functional teams. Also collaborating with other designers, researchers, product managers, analysts, and engineers in a regular basis.

A successful candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates familiarity with most of these kinds of projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute studies that address user behaviors and attitudes, using the right methodology for the right questions.
  2. With advance analytics knowledge and proper skills to work with different type of datasets, you should embrace a mixed-methods approach to work with our data science team to go through quantitative researches as well as qualitative ones.
  3. Operate research insights into actionable, measurable UX goals and ensure accountability across the development lifecycle.
  4. Work closely with partner teams (design, product, engineering, and operations) to create a full picture of end users’ experience, including tradeoffs & dependencies.
  5. Assist the product team in conducting usability testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
  6. Deliver insights clearly to shape how product teams think about product strategy.
  7. Find creative ways to produce, present, and promote research findings and recommendations throughout the company, to help cultivate the voice of our customers.
  8. Validate design hypotheses and feature concepts.
Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of research experience
  2. Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill the output of complex datasets.
  3. Knowledge and practical experience of using a variety of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative), with a strong awareness of their merits and weaknesses.
  4. End-to-end research experience from study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Caring deeply about the craft of research and producing high quality deliverables.
  6. You are a great storyteller and communicator, able to speak fluently to business people, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  7. Comfort working with ambiguous product problems and translating them into research opportunities and studies.
  8. You are a self-starter with the ability to act autonomously.
  9. Ability to scope and plan timelines for research needs.
  10. Experience working in an agile environment.
  11. Ability to craft and moderate workshops.
  12. Prototyping experience is a strong plus.
