شرح موقعیت شغلی

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and taxes

Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff.

Ensure correct and up-to-date accounting journals and ledger and an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

Work with the auditors to ensure a clean and timely year end and semiannual audits

Ensure all tax and legal duties and deadlines are met with minimum cost and risk

Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the financial objects and internal controls

Evaluate corporate processes and operations in compliance with regulations to manage legal and financial risks.
