شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Responsibilities:


  • Works with outside & internal stakeholders.  
  • Helps teams execute on a shared vision.  
  • Outlines what success looks like & outlines the plan for achieving success.  
  • Owns & defines vision, marketing, ROI.  
  • Research and Study about the future of the product, competitors and best practices.  
  • manage the entire product development process.  
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.  
  • Defining Roadmaps and visions for all products.  
  • collaborate closely with both the scrum and product development departments to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.  
  • Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product & conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product to clients. 
  • Owner of product discovery, the iterative process of reducing uncertainty around a problem or idea to make sure that the right product gets built for the right audience.  
  • Commitment to generate revenue for the organization through product development.  
  • Prioritizing needs.  
  • complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

Requirements:


  • Outstanding background as a Product Manager in the software production environment
  • Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Expert in documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Team management skills 
  • Organizational thinking 
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Fluent in English
