Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain up-to-date organizational structures, charts, and job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Assist in designing organizational policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect best practices while complying with regulations.
- Design and implement tailored development programs to address specific skill gaps and developmental needs across the organization.
- Establish and maintain an e-learning platform and other training resources to provide continuous learning opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.
- Organize events and activities to promote employee engagement and a positive culture.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports to support decision-making and program evaluation.
- Develop and maintain communication channels and platforms to enhance information flow and collaboration within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of organizational infrastructure and HR systems.
- Basic understanding of organizational development theories and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS.
