Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset. As part of the Data Team at Sheypoor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret datasets to provide insights that support strategic decisions across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions to aid decision-making processes.
- Utilize tools such as Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms to perform detailed analyses and present findings.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business and product metrics effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the classified ads, e-commerce, or digital platforms industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to business decisions through data insights.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the potential to derive actionable insights from data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical insights in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
