شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Senior Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced company. In this role, you will provide critical financial planning, analysis, and strategic support to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance. You will collaborate across departments to analyze growth opportunities, manage costs, and ensure alignment with company goals in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to incorporate business drivers into financial forecasts.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AOV, customer acquisition costs, churn rates, and lifetime value.
  • Assist business leaders in the processing, tracking, and management of expenses.
  • Monitor revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability metrics.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial presentations for executive leadership and board meetings, with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Conduct financial scenario modeling for product launches, market expansions, or pricing changes.
  • Implement industry best practices for financial planning and operational analytics.
Competencies:


  • At least 3 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a tech company or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition for tech.
  • Advanced financial modeling and data analytics skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of tech business models and industry dynamics.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
