شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategy based on market needs, business objectives, and user feedback
Lead and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution and optimization
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and grow products
Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to identify new opportunities
Prioritize features and make strategic decisions regarding the product roadmap
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously optimize product performance
Review and analyze user behavior data to improve the overall user experience (UX)
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on product development progress and achievements

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in startup environments
Strong understanding of digital product development processes and business models
An MBA degree or academic background in business management is considered a significant advantage
Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in industries related to mobile, second-hand product sales, and SIM card markets is a strong plus
