شرح موقعیت شغلی

Here at Stellar AMC, we are looking for talented devops engineers to join and help us in the design, development, and maintenance of a massive infrastructure supporting solutions targeting Iran's financial sector - algorithmic trading, monitoring systems, etc.




As part of our team you will participate in:




·         Administration of Linux based server technologies and platform




o    Get engaged with our infrastructure and services, determine existing issues, research, test, and implement new technologies to support the system architecture




o    Building platform environments to support auto-scaling for both the software and the business in the future




·         Ongoing monitoring of the organization's digital architecture




o    Conducting analyses, checking for performance compliance, and feeding this data back to relevant teams to support their efforts




o    Producing monthly, weekly and daily reports and server monitoring




·         Supporting Software Engineers during the whole development lifecycle




o    Develop and maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automated software builds, and versatile release configurations




o    Support all pre-production and production managed environments for our services, tools, and applications




·         Liaising closely with both development and operational teams




o    Work with Software engineers to define requirements, envision and perfect standards management, working to resolve issues and problems with systems and software, and to put in place measures to ensure these issues do not reoccur




o    Working with planning departments to get software and systems up and running in a timely manner, and ensuring long-term scalability for the business




Qualifications: 




·         Professional perseverance and versatility 




o    Ability to lead technical discussions among software development engineers.

o    Motivation and passion for CS/CE




o    Aspiration to stay on top of industry best practices and trends, as well as changes to compliance requirements




·         Experience with distributed Linux-based infrastructures




o    Familiarity with High-throughput message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ




o    A good understanding of container management and orchestration technologies (Docker is a must, Kubernetes a huge plus)




o    The fault-tolerant and highly available mindset in designing and maintaining infrastructure




o    Knowledge of IP networking, VPN’s, DNS, load balancing and firewalling, TCP/IP and networking challenges in Linux-based infrastructures




o    Familiarity in supporting and maintaining, scalable applications in public cloud (AWS and GCP).




·         Technical expertise in technologies and practices related to system administration




o    Experience with VMWare would be a big plus




o    Hands on experience with monitoring/data collection tools.




o    Ability to use configuration management tools such as SALT, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef




o    Database and messaging systems administration experience: Postgres/MySQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Zookeeper, or similar engines




o    Experience with a scripting language such as Bash, Python, or Perl




o    Good knowledge and understanding of Backup and Recovery Best Practices (Preferred)




·         Strong background in CE/CS 




o    Already graduated or currently studying in related programs




·         Technical expertise in technologies and practices related to software engineering




o    Ability to perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting in a critical situation.




o    Expertise with strong knowledge on Source Code Management, Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions (Git/Stash, Maven).




o    Prior experience participating in the design and development of enterprise software artifacts and CI/CD pipelines 




o    Development experience with Java or any JVM-based technologies or ability to learn quickly
