Job description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and help build scalable, reliable,and secure platforms for our products. In this role, you will design, automate, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and services, enabling faster software delivery and an exceptional developerexperience. You will work with technologies such as Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and observabilityplatforms, while collaborating closely with engineering teams to improve system availability, scalability,and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and platform services.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
- Manage and support Kubernetes clusters, cloud-native services, and production environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability, and proactively identify areas forimprovement.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues and drive incidents to resolution.
- Implement security best practices and integrate DevSecOps principles across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve developer experience and operationalexcellence.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident, change, and capacity managementprocesses.
Requirements
Required
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and loadbalancing.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Strong experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, orsimilar tools.
- Experience with observability platforms, including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracingtechnologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Tempo, Jaeger, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform andAnsible.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of systems and drive initiatives independently.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
