شرح موقعیت شغلی

Achareh is seeking a passionate and experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in product design and data analysis tools, specifically Google Analytics, to join our growing team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform the development of our digital product. You will work closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze user data, identify usability issues, and recommend solutions to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research studies to gather insights and analytical data into user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Develop and implement user research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and ethnographic research.
  • Analyze user research data, leveraging Google Analytics and other tools to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that will improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into the product development process.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise presentations, with a focus on data-driven insights from tools like Google Analytics.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience conducting user research studies.
  • Proven expertise with Google Analytics, Clarity, and other data analysis tools, particularly in analyzing user behavior and trends.
  • Ability to design and implement comprehensive user research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating Google Analytics data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for user-centered design.
  • Familiarity with Super-applications and multi-service digital products.
  • Experience with UX research tools.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
