Title: Senior IT Service Technical Support Engineer/Team Lead
Job Description:
- Telecom IT service support in 24/7
- Managing the team resources and task assignment
- Training new human resources
- Maintaining the services in acceptable KPI
- Service change and configuration based on customer needs
- Troubleshooting and resolving service problems within SLA
- Managing services during disaster
- Keeping update the technical documents
- Working with project team to implement in production environment
Requirements:
At least BS degree in Computer, IT or Telecom or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in technical support of IT services
- Good knowledge of Linux operating system
- Good knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle and MySQL
- Good knowledge of computer networks
- Experience with Java is a plus
- Upper intermediate English language knowledge
- Excellent documentation and training skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team management experience
