Title: Senior IT Service Technical Support Engineer/Team Lead
Job Description:
Telecom IT service support in 24/7
Managing the team resources and task assignment
Training new human resources
Maintaining the services in acceptable KPI
Service change and configuration based on customer needs
Troubleshooting and resolving service problems within SLA
Managing services during disaster
Keeping update the technical documents
Working with project team to implement in production environment
Requirements:
At least BS degree in Computer, IT or Telecom or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in technical support of IT services
Good knowledge of Linux operating system
Good knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle and MySQL
Good knowledge of computer networks
Experience with Java is a plus
Upper intermediate English language knowledge
Excellent documentation and training skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Team management experience
