- Configure and change applications based on customer requirements.
- Performing tests after each change on applications.
- Troubleshooting and detect issues of applications within SLA.
- Working with the ticketing system in order to update the status of the ticket.
- Monitoring application status by implementing monitoring scripts and setting alarms on required parameters based on standard metrics.
- Performing day-to-day operations based on the tasks raises by customer.
- Keeping the performance of the applications in defined rates and optimizing it.
- Evaluate the time required to complete bug and feature requests to help prioritize them.
- Participate in selected meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning.
Requirements:
- At least BS degree in Computer, IT or Telecom.
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Good knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle and Mysql.
- Good knowledge of computer networks.
- Upper intermediate English language knowledge.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication skills (strong verbal and written required).
- Teaming skills.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priority.
- Experience with Java is a plus.
