We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team, working directly alongside the founders and CMO to visually communicate our value to the market.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full-Time Graphic Designer to take ownership of our marketing collateral. Your primary focus will be designing comprehensive product catalogues, engaging promotional flyers, and a variety of both print and digital marketing materials. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our visual identity, ensuring that our branding remains consistent, bold, and precisely aligned with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Collateral: Design and produce high-quality print and digital assets, with a heavy emphasis on comprehensive product catalogues, flyers, pitch decks, and brochures.
  • Brand Guardianship: Actively maintain and evolve our brand architecture. Ensure all visual outputs align with our established design logic (including minimalist and geometric aesthetics).
  • Design Integrity: Maintain strict attention to detail, ensuring the absolute integrity of our original product designs, layouts, and brand standards in all visual representations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CMO, marketing team, and technical design departments to translate business objectives into compelling visual campaigns.
Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex layout design (catalogues/brochures) and marketing collateral.
  • Language Skills: Absolute fluency in English is crucial. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and ensure copy-to-design accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Startup Ready: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You should be adaptable, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Previous experience in B2B/B2C physical products, manufacturing, home improvement, or architectural branding is a strong plus.
