Job Title: Client Communication & Sales Specialist (Remote)

We are a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of exclusive kitchen systems and cabinets for international clients. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and communicative individual to join our team remotely.

Role Overview

Your primary role is to establish and maintain effective relationships with foreign clients, managing the project lifecycle from the initial brief to the final stage to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that requires a self-starter who works with persistence and precision without waiting for constant instructions. We are looking for a long-term, stable collaboration, not short-term project-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Manage communication with international clients via email and WhatsApp (written and spoken).

Project Follow-up: Track projects from the briefing stage to finalization.

Documentation: Accurately document and record client information.

Problem Solving: Provide solutions during challenging situations rather than making excuses.

Representation: Act as the face of the company, ensuring all interactions are polite, transparent, and trustworthy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Support, Sales, Project Coordination, or International Marketing.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing). Senior applicants require C1 level or higher.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and communication platforms.
Soft Skills: Organized, proactive, feedback-oriented, and able to maintain a balanced, professional demeanor
Preferred Background: Experience in industries related to interior design, furniture, or cabinetry, or experience working with international teams is a plus.

Work Conditions

Location: 100% Remote.
Working Hours: Approximately 18:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Iran Time), adjustable based on the destination country to align with international client hours.
Onboarding: Includes a two-week paid training period to learn workflows and products.
Structure: Daily meetings to review projects and present performance reports.

Compensation

We offer regular monthly payments with opportunities for growth.

Junior Level: $200 per month (+ commision system and bonuses).

Growth: Junior staff have the potential to be promoted to Senior level after 3 months of successful performance.
