· Conduct market research and become an expert in our business through building relationships with senior executives and company leadership, interviewing customers, performing qualitative and quantitative research, and collecting and analyzing data
· Effectively communicate product updates, status, and decisions to internal stakeholders, executives, and other team members
· Develop deep product usage insights to steer the product roadmap and provide recommendations to the product marketing team on customer opportunities.
· Work within the team to deliver products through detailed road maps, clear task management and ongoing project management in collaboration with our engineering team
· Conduct continuous experimentation to develop and validate new hypotheses and ensure positive impact on product KPIs
· Write product feature briefs, user stories, and product requirements as needed, in partnership with market research, customer feedback, and internal collaboration
· Supporting the Product Manager in overseeing the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and product testing.
· Assisting in the creation of product documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and training materials.
· Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of professional product management experience
· Experience working and partnering with senior stakeholders
· Proficiency using analytics and A/B testing tools to influence decision-making. Analytical skills, comfort working with and manipulating data, building hypotheses, and identifying high-leverage opportunities
· have a basic understanding of software development and be able to work with technical teams to ensure that product requirements are met.
· should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or computer science, is typically required.
